One of the most notable aspects of this dwelling is the recovery of original structural elements, such as the exposed brick walls and the black metal pillars, which add authenticity and personality to the space.

Moreover, the house is purely practical. The use of pocket doors allows us to transform the kitchen into a versatile space, which can become a laundry room or breakfast area. The white lacquer of its furniture and the white Corian countertop, along with the tall corner window, multiply the light, filling the space with a very comforting sense of purity. The double shower in the master bathroom, or the spacious shower in the secondary bathroom, are other areas designed to facilitate the daily lives of its occupants.
