2. Data we process
We process the data you voluntarily provide through the forms on this website (name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message), the data you provide when subscribing to our newsletter (email address) and the technical data derived from browsing (cookies), which are governed by our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes of processing
- To handle and respond to requests for information or quotations that you send us through the contact forms.
- To manage the pre-contractual or contractual relationship arising from the architecture, interior design and construction services requested.
- To send you informative or commercial communications about our services and projects, only if you have subscribed or given us your express consent to do so.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is: (a) your express consent, given by ticking the corresponding box and submitting the forms (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); (b) the application of pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract when you request a quotation or engage our services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); and (c) compliance with applicable legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Data retention
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your request or maintain the contractual relationship and, thereafter, duly blocked, for the limitation periods of the applicable legal obligations. Newsletter subscription data will be kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Recipients
We do not transfer your data to third parties, except where legally required. For the provision of certain services, providers acting as data processors (for example, web hosting or communication-sending services) may access the data, with whom BEHINDTHETEXTURE, S.L. has signed the contracts required by Art. 28 GDPR. No international transfers of data outside the European Economic Area are carried out; should they become necessary at any time, they would be carried out with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
7. Your rights

This website and its forms are not aimed at children under 14 years of age. If we detect data of minors provided without the consent of their legal representatives, we will proceed to delete it.
