Fees are usually calculated as a percentage of the construction budget (typically 6-12% depending on scope and complexity), or a fixed fee for smaller commissions. This includes preliminary, schematic and construction stages and, if contracted, site supervision.

Yes. We prepare all the technical documentation and process the necessary licences and permits with the city council and authorities.
