After the preliminary design, we provide a fixed budget broken down into sections, with no ambiguities.

What differentiates a “unique” dwelling from a standard dwelling?

A unique dwelling arises from the dialogue between client and architect: each room, each path, and each material respond to how you truly live. Unlike catalogue typologies, we design the layout, the envelope, and the relationship with the environment specifically, integrating bioclimatic solutions, energy efficiency, and a unique aesthetic language. How long does the entire process take, from the first meeting to the handover of keys?

For a new-build single-family house, the process usually lasts between 16 and 22 months: 3-5 months for the preliminary design and basic project, 2-3 months for the execution project and permits, and 10-14 months for construction. In full refurbishments, the timelines are reduced to 6-10 months. In the first meeting, we provide a realistic schedule with key milestones so you know at all times where we are.

Additionally, during a prior visit by appointment, we can show you ongoing works and, always with the owners’ permission, already delivered houses so you can see finishes, light, and spatiality in person before making a decision.
