CASA MM10
In this project, we completely transformed a dwelling in Valencia, creating a home filled with light, calm, and Mediterranean character. The intervention includes the full refurbishment of the interior and the total renovation of the large perimeter terrace, a key feature of the dwelling.
The living room and the day area are conceived as a single continuous space where natural light is the protagonist.
We designed a custom bookshelf that structures the space and provides order, storage, and an elegant focal point. The herringbone flooring, wooden joinery, and neutral palette create a warm and timeless atmosphere.
The modular sofa and solid wood tables add texture and comfort, while the recessed lighting and decorative fixtures generate a warm and balanced atmosphere throughout the day.
The kitchen, open to the dining area, is resolved with clean lines and matte lacquered furniture. The continuous countertop and integrated storage maximise functionality without compromising aesthetics.
The under-cabinet lighting and cream tones provide a sense of spaciousness and warmth.
In the master bedroom, we designed a continuous headboard made of wooden slats with integrated LED lighting, which envelops and complements the restful atmosphere.
The custom vanity and integrated joinery complete a harmonious, elegant, and practical space.
The bathroom is resolved with a clean design, using warm materials and a backlit mirror that adds depth and sophistication. The entire space is conceived to enhance comfort and simplicity.
The dwelling features a spectacular elevated perimeter terrace with open views of the city.
We designed a versatile outdoor space, with a chill-out area, outdoor dining, Mediterranean vegetation, and a traditional fireplace that integrates into the existing architecture.
The outdoor flooring made of technological wood, the exposed beam ceiling, and the custom furniture create the sensation of being in an authentic Ibizan house in the heart of the city.
The terrace becomes the social heart of the dwelling: a space designed for enjoyment, relaxation, and contemplation of the Valencia skyline with natural light or under warm night lighting.
