LA CASA DE SAN VICENTE

The project of Casa San Vicente is a full refurbishment intervention in a dwelling located on one of the most emblematic arteries in the centre of Valencia. The urban environment, the generous original spaces, and the abundant natural light were the main sources of inspiration for the interior design proposal, which is constructed from a contemporary perspective, yet deeply connected to the architectural tradition of the building.

The dwelling is articulated through a palette of neutral colours and noble materials, where soft tones, warm textures, and precision in the finishes prevail. Pure lines, carefully considered proportions, and a harmonious interplay of mouldings, joinery, and herringbone flooring create a serene and sophisticated atmosphere, balanced between the classic and the contemporary.

The design incorporates paneling and bespoke doors with personalised ornamental details, such as original handles and sculpted mouldings, which add identity and refinement to each room. The result is a reinterpretation of the classic style from a contemporary viewpoint: a renewed classic that fuses elements of Renaissance inspiration with the comfort and functionality of modern urban living.

The roses, cornices, and decorative frames adorn walls, ceilings, and internal joinery, adding depth and spatial richness without falling into excess. The lighting, carefully selected, reinforces this warm and elegant atmosphere, generating stimulating visual corners that invite comfort.
