APARTAMENTOS TURISTICOS MF5
From an unused ground floor to six contemporary tourist apartments
The MF5 project involves the full transformation of an old, unused ground floor into a modern and highly functional tourist proposal. The original space, dark and fragmented, is converted into six fully equipped tourist apartments, one of which is designed to be fully accessible, complying with regulations and ensuring an inclusive experience for all users.
Each unit has been conceived with criteria of comfort, efficiency, and contemporary aesthetics. The spaces are articulated through an optimised layout that integrates resting, living, and kitchen areas, enhancing visual spaciousness and natural light. The material palette is based on neutral tones, warm wood, and soft textiles, creating a welcoming and elegant atmosphere.
The interior design combines bespoke furniture, carefully considered lighting, and discreet technical solutions, aiming for a high-level hotel experience with the privacy of an apartment. The integrated kitchen, fully equipped, allows users to enjoy long stays without sacrificing comfort.
The accessible apartment has been developed with all elements of reduced mobility in mind: continuous pathways, adapted bathroom, widened doors, turning spaces, and functional furniture.
MF5 represents an urban regeneration project that brings life and value back to an underutilised space, transforming it into a solid, contemporary tourist proposal ready for intensive use.
