HOTEL CULLERA HOLIDAY

Interior and exterior renovation of Hotel Cullera Holiday, on the Valencia coast: over 20,000 m² of hotel updated in phases and with the establishment open. Interior design and turnkey construction by BTTEstudio.

The challenge

A landmark hotel on the Valencia coast whose image had fallen behind its position. The owners wanted to update the look, improve the guest experience and strengthen the identity of the establishment, but without closing: the works had to coexist with guests, staff and the season, so each phase was planned not to interrupt operations.

The solution

In the lobby and common areas, wood cladding, ambient lighting and bespoke furniture bring a warmer, more current look. The new layout enhances visual breadth and organises circulation between reception, cafeteria and rest areas.

The lounge was designed as a relaxed, bright space, with soft-lined furniture, natural textures and neutral tones. The hotel bathrooms were fully renovated with vertical ceramics, organic mirrors and treated wood worktops.

The exterior became a large leisure space by the pool: textile pergolas, terraces with contemporary furniture and a reorganised solarium, with vegetation and technical paving that unify the whole and allow year-round use.

The result

A hotel that upgrades its category without losing its essence and without losing a season. Delivered as design and build with our own construction company, the owners had a single point of contact for design, phasing and execution, with a closed budget and deadlines committed to the hotel’s operation.
