El Suro is an interior design project that aims to completely renew the identity of the venue, creating a welcoming, contemporary atmosphere with a distinct Mediterranean character. The intervention focuses on transforming a traditional space into a nearby restaurant that is fresh and filled with unique details.

The proposal combines warm materials such as natural wood with more urban textures, like exposed brick and the cement-like finish of the walls. This contrast generates a balanced dialogue between tradition and contemporaneity. Lighting plays a key role: suspended fixtures, indirect lighting in bars, and carefully placed warm spots create an intimate and comfortable atmosphere throughout the dining area.

The furniture mixes chairs of different colours and designs to bring dynamism without losing aesthetic coherence. The restored wooden windows allow natural light to enter, reinforcing the sense of warmth in the space. The bar, designed as a prominent volume, articulates the layout and visually connects with the open kitchen, enhancing transparency and interaction with the client.

The result is a restaurant that invites you to stay, where every detail has been considered to enhance the dining experience. El Suro thus becomes a place where design, functionality, and personality come together to create an authentic space with its own essence.
