The project for the new offices of Economía 3, in the heart of Valencia, is based on a clear premise: to create a contemporary, functional workspace with its own identity, capable of reflecting the innovative and dynamic character of the media outlet.
At BTTEstudio Arquitectura, we approach this challenge with a comprehensive intervention that completely transforms the existing premises, opting for an open layout that promotes transparency, internal communication, and flexibility of use. The common areas, offices, and meeting rooms are seamlessly connected through lightweight partitions and bespoke furniture solutions.
Materials and lighting play a key role in the atmosphere of the project: neutral tones, warm finishes, and a careful selection of textures create a professional yet approachable environment, enhancing comfort and efficiency. Glass, natural wood, and metal interact in balance, providing a contemporary image without being ostentatious.
Beyond aesthetics, the project responds to criteria of functionality and well-being: pathways have been optimised, acoustic and visual conditions improved, and sustainable solutions incorporated to ensure responsible use of the space.
