La Casa del Milagro

The Casa del Milagro is located in a quiet residential area of Valencia, where the premise of the project focuses on transforming an existing single-family house into a space that promotes coexistence and connection with the environment. The client sought a full refurbishment that would not only enhance the functionality of the dwelling but also maximise natural light and comfort in every corner, adapting to a contemporary lifestyle.

The layout of the house has been reconfigured to create a harmonious flow between the spaces. The living area has been expanded, integrating with the kitchen through an open design that encourages family and social interaction. Elements such as a central island in the kitchen and large windows allow light to flood these spaces, offering views of the outdoor garden. Additionally, rest and work areas have been incorporated, as well as a multifunctional space that can adapt to different uses depending on the client’s needs, thus ensuring the versatility of the home.

Regarding materials, finishes that reflect warmth and sustainability have been chosen. The combination of natural wood in the floors and painted plasterboard panels in soft tones creates a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. Details such as the selection of handcrafted ceramics for the bathrooms and kitchen add a touch of uniqueness. The inclusion of green elements, such as vertical gardens, not only beautifies the space but also improves indoor air quality.
