This full refurbishment project is based on a clear objective: to transform a fragmented dwelling into a spacious, coherent, and functional space, where natural light and the warmth of materials guide the entire interior experience.

The heart of the dwelling is the living area, a single environment that integrates the lounge, dining room, and kitchen under a unified aesthetic language. The neutral palette, warm tones, and strategic lighting create a sense of spaciousness and calm from the entrance to the end of the corridor.

The design of the kitchen stands out for its clean and contemporary composition. The matte white front is combined with a striking natural stone countertop, which rises up the tiling and culminates in an elegant waterfall on the peninsula. This gesture provides visual continuity and elevates the whole to a more sophisticated level, making the kitchen the true social centre of the dwelling.

The bespoke furniture in the lounge, the light wood dining table, and the suspended lighting in a natural finish contribute to a sense of calm and aesthetic coherence. Each element is designed to accompany daily life without overwhelming, prioritising comfort, a broad reading of the space, and a feeling of home.

The dwelling features two completely renovated bathrooms, each with its own personality but united by the same concept: purity of lines, warm materials, and integrated technology.

• Main bathroom: neutral tones, furniture in natural wood, and a bath-shower with a terracotta ceramic niche that adds character without losing elegance. The perimeter lighting of the mirror enhances the sense of spaciousness and well-being.
• Secondary bathroom: a strong commitment to reddish ceramics as the cladding, which combined with black fittings and a suspended wooden unit creates a warm, enveloping, and contemporary atmosphere.

The entire intervention has been executed with a focus on visual continuity: uniform flooring, white joinery, recessed lighting, and a selection of materials that harmonise throughout the dwelling. The result is a modern, functional, and welcoming home, where every detail has been designed and constructed to accompany its new inhabitants for many years.
