Borinot is conceived as a fresh, bright, and welcoming space where architecture, interior design, and atmosphere align with the slow philosophy and the Mediterranean character of the client. Designed as a café by day, the project invites pause and well-being through a precise selection of natural materials, light geometries, and warm lighting that accompanies the entire journey.

The heart of the establishment is the bar, designed as a prominent element constructed with hollow ceramic blocks. This system allows light to filter through and project a changing play of shadows onto the flooring, providing a unique identity without resorting to decorative artifices.
Its presence articulates circulation, defines uses, and becomes the architectural gesture that gives character to Borinot from the outside.

The furniture combines natural fibres —rattan, wicker, and light wood— with black metal structures, generating controlled contrast and a contemporary reading without losing intimacy.
Tropical vegetation, with large planters of banana leaves, introduces freshness and naturalness, reinforcing the dialogue between interior and exterior.

The surfaces are resolved in soft, continuous tones that amplify the perception of natural light.
The design of the ceiling, formed by suspended wooden lattices, adds rhythm, depth, and a dynamic visual composition without overwhelming the space.
In the background area, a hand-painted mural adds a friendly graphic gesture that links brand identity with architecture.

BTTEstudio signs Borinot as an exercise in balance between functionality, sensitivity, and accessible design.
