La CASA de las dunas

La Casa de las Dunas is a dwelling that embodies serenity, comfort, and discreet elegance. With a usable floor area of over 200 m², the project is organised around a spacious central area where the living room, dining room, and kitchen coexist fluidly, fully integrated and open to light. An internal gallery complements this day zone, providing functionality and connection with the rest of the dwelling.

The programme includes four bedrooms, two of which are en suite, and an independent office. The master suite, with over 45 m², is conceived as a retreat space, where the materials, lighting, and layout convey a sense of spaciousness and intimacy in equal measure. In total, the dwelling features four bathrooms, each designed with a sober, functional, and timeless aesthetic.

The large-format ceramic floors (90×90 cm) in warm beige unify all spaces, providing visual continuity, brightness, and a pleasant texture to the touch. The ducted air conditioning system, fully integrated and concealed through recessed areas and warm LED light lines, ensures thermal comfort without visual interference.

The interior design proposal is based on a careful selection of pieces, materials, and finishes, aiming to create a calm, elegant, and balanced atmosphere. Each element has been chosen to contribute to an overall sense of peace and well-being, with a sober and unostentatious aesthetic.
