LA CASA DEL ENSANCHE MJS8

Casa MJS8 is a dwelling that embraces spaciousness, warmth, and spatial continuity. The core of the project revolves around an open space that integrates the living room, dining area, and kitchen into a single fluid room, designed to enjoy daily life without barriers or unnecessary compartmentalisation.

At BTTEstudio, efforts have been made to enhance natural light and the relationship between the various daily uses, creating a daytime area with a welcoming, elegant, and functional character. The flooring throughout the dwelling is resolved with laminate flooring in warm tones, providing visual uniformity, while in wet areas, a large-format beige porcelain tile (120×120 cm) is chosen to reinforce the cleanliness and spaciousness of the spaces.

The kitchen becomes a focal point of the project, both for its open layout and for the choice of materials. The countertop, made of Taj Mahal marble, adds sophistication and a natural texture that contrasts gently with the rest of the furniture. An elegant and timeless material that adds character without excess.

In the bathroom, the design focuses on details: a shower with concealed drains has been designed, carefully integrated to provide a clean and original appearance, completing a set of soft and warm finishes.

Casa MJS8 is an example of contemporary dwelling where design, comfort, and functionality coexist in a balanced manner. A project designed to be lived in calmly, with attention to detail and with materials that age gracefully.
