The project for the MA offices is located in Valencia, in an urban environment that combines modernity with the architectural tradition of the city. The client’s objective was to create a workspace that fosters creativity and collaboration among teams, adapting to the new ways of working that have emerged in recent years. The premise was to develop a design that was not only functional but also reflected the company’s identity and its commitment to sustainability.

The layout of the offices has been designed to promote communication and interaction between the different departments. Open work areas have been created, complemented by meeting spaces and relaxation areas, allowing for a natural flow of ideas. Elements such as glass partitions and acoustic panels have been incorporated to provide privacy when necessary, without losing brightness and visual connection between the different environments. Additionally, flexible areas have been considered that can adapt to different needs and team sizes, thus promoting a dynamic and versatile environment.

Regarding materials and finishes, a palette combining natural wood, steel, and glass elements has been chosen, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The choice of microcement flooring not only provides visual continuity but also facilitates the maintenance of the space. Technical details such as dimmable LED lighting and efficient climate control systems have been integrated to optimise comfort and sustainability of the building. The incorporation of vegetation in strategic spaces contributes to improving air quality and creating a healthier environment for employees.
