AVA CASTELLÓN OFFICES

The Asociación Valenciana de Agricultores (AVA-ASAJA) entrusted BTTEstudio with the design and comprehensive execution of its new corporate headquarters in Castellón, a space of nearly 600 m² conceived to represent the values of the entity: professionalism, transparency, and modernisation of the agricultural sector. The commission originated from a raw space that we completely transformed into an efficient, contemporary environment prepared to accommodate both daily technical activities and high-level institutional meetings.

The project is articulated in an open-plan layout where spatial clarity and circulation flow become the protagonists. The glass partitions with customised serigraphy delineate work areas without losing visual spaciousness, while reinforcing the corporate identity. This language is complemented by a palette of neutral materials, natural woods, and integrated linear lighting that brings coherence and warmth to the whole.

The operational area houses the workstations of the technical and administrative team. Here, we prioritised ergonomics, order, and efficiency, incorporating robust furniture and integrated storage solutions that allow for intensive daily use without sacrificing a clean and contemporary aesthetic. The reception, completely open and bright, serves as a welcoming point and articulates the transition between the exterior and interior with a friendly and professional image.

At the main entrance, the new façade is clad with vertical slats of technical wood that provide identity and warmth, highlighting the building within its urban environment. The large glazed front allows the interior activity to be perceived from the outside, reinforcing the idea of transparency that defines the project.

BTTEstudio undertook the project comprehensively, developing all phases: concept, design, technical project, site supervision, and complete execution of the work. The coordination of trades, precise planning, and thorough quality control were key to delivering a space fully adapted to the needs of AVA-ASAJA.
